Our story

Our founder Ryan “Mo” Morris MBE has dedicated his career to the British Military, spearheading significant culture change towards mental health education in the Royal Marines.

He is a teacher, coach and mentor with extensive experience of working with people within the community and service, promoting resilience and developing strategies for coping with stress.

Passing out with flying colours, Mo went on to serve in some of the world’s most demanding locations such as Kuwait, Iraq and Afghanistan’s Helmand province as a Captain in the Royal Marines. Returning to the corps as a physical training instructor, Mo trains new recruits to develop their physical performance, as well as working with amputees to overcome their adversity and prepare people to compete in the Invictus Games and Paralympic Games.

With a clear focus on helping people to overcome stressful situations through lived experience, Mo is dedicated to helping others develop their human performance, whatever unique challenges they face. That’s why agile edge was born, so people have the tools and support to perform at their best.

Investing in people is a passion of ours, founded on years of experience within the Royal Marines and diversified with high level organisations which has created a unique blend in delivery. There is nothing we would rather do than invest our time in to helping others achieve the impossible no matter where they are on the mental health continuum.
