Why Invest?

Recruitment straight from a CV has not changed as a method of selection for decades. It is limited and often selects out excellent candidates who do not even make it to an interview due to lack of knowledge in CV writing. Interviews can be practiced, and the selection panel do not get a fair reflection of the individual’s ability. Investing in an assessment day will enable you to test the candidates specifically to your requirements and allow exposure to the individual’s ability beyond that of a CV or interview. This enables the correct selection based upon the attributes required for the role and the values and standards set by you as the employer. As a result, you will get the right person for the job, increase company productivity and save precious time and resource.

The process and your investment

A specific, relevant step by step approach to assessing the right candidate for you

  1. Prices start from: 10% – first year’s salary of the position(s) you are recruiting for.
  2. The assessment day is bespoke and built to meet the requirements you provide. The initial candidate sift will be completed by C.V and Psychometric Testing.
  3. Upon completion of the day, we will present our findings based upon a bespoke criteria designed to highlight the best candidates for the job.
  4. Using the data and information gathered, you will be able to make an improved, informed decision when selecting the candidate.
